Joana Ferreira has been working in customer management since July 2015, giving support to sales staff at the Secose branch office in Porto.

Joana has a degreee in Law is currently taking a Post-Graduate course in Human Resources and Labor Relations. Before joining Secose, Joana worked in an investigations company where she analysed the claims processes, in an insurance company as a claims manager and in the Bank Credit area.
